What is Build to Rent to Own (“B2R2O”)?

Build to Rent to Own (B2R2O) is a nonprofit housing initiative creating a pathway to homeownership for essential workers and members of the community workforce. We develop new, dignified housing in Collier County and offer it through a structured rent-to-own program designed to turn renters into owners within three years.

By blending philanthropic capital, community partnerships, and long-term affordability, B2R2O is building more than housing—we’re helping working families establish roots, build equity, and create lasting stability in the communities they serve.
